'On July 23, 2019, a Syria-based Saudi jihadi published a video on his Snapchat account showing tunnel-digging activities. In the video, which was published on Telegram, a prominent jihadi cleric explained that three tunnels are being dug at the same time and displayed the tools used for digging, including air compressors and explosives, which are used against rocky surfaces.
