A pro-Hamas news outlet on Telegram launched a fundraising campaign in several languages for refugees in the Gaza Strip, providing contact information and credit card, PayPal, and cryptocurrency information for donating. It said that as of mid-January 2024, nearly $15,000 had been donated via Paypal.
