On March 12, 2019, a pro-Islamic State (ISIS) group posted a video that featured instructions for disseminating pro-ISIS content on Twitter. The following day, the group published a tutorial on using Facebook for the same purpose. The group provides ready-made social media accounts and phone numbers for ISIS supporters for their online operations.
