On December 4, 2017, the United Cyber Caliphate (UCC) released a graphic with French text that was circulated on numerous pro-Islamic State (ISIS) Telegram channels. The graphic features a masked ISIS militant with an AK-47 in front of the ruins of the Eiffel Tower, over which the flag of ISIS has been raised.
