Pro-ISIS Hacking Group United Cyber Caliphate (UCC) Releases Video, Results Of Its Hacking Campaign

On November 25, 2017, the pro-Islamic State (ISIS) hacking group United Cyber Caliphate (UCC) released a four-minute video report on its hacking activity. The video, which was distributed on pro-ISIS Telegram channels, consists entirely of infographics and archival footage of ISIS cyber activity, mostly from Western media sources.

In the last month, UCC has been posting the results of a hacking campaign it has been carrying out against accounts on Facebook and Instagram. The campaign, named for slain ISIS spokesman Abu Muhammad Al-'Adnani, was launched October 18, 2017. On November 9, UCC announced that it would soon publish additional results from the campaign.
