This week jihadi groups on Telegram released posters with threats to multiple sites in the U.S. On July 26 and 27, the pro-Islamic State (ISIS) Al-'Adiyat Media Foundation released a poster showing a fighter launching a drone toward New York City with text that read: "Soon in your skies," and a poster showing the U.S. Capitol in flames.[1]
On July 29, the pro-ISIS Ash-Shaff Media Foundation shared five posters depicting attacks in San Francisco, New York City, and London, one showing the Palace of Westminster and Big Ben in flames.[2]
On August 2, 2019, GreenB1rds, a pro-Islamic State (ISIS) Telegram channel, published posters with threats against the White House, the Netherlands, and a subway station in London.[3]
On July 31, 2019, the pro-ISIS Ash-Shaff Foundation for Media Production shared a poster in English and Indonesian on its Telegram channel with threats to attack the United States by "burning the ground under the kuffar [unbelievers]."
