Afghan Resistance Media Reports On Terror Hideouts In Afghanistan: 'Abdullah Bin Laden, The Son Of Osama Bin Laden, Is In Bazarak District'; 'Hamza Bin Laden Has Been Moved To Dara Abdullah Khel District'

On September 1, 2024, the National Mobilization Front (NMF), a resistance group fighting against the Afghan Taliban, published an English-language report on its website, titled "The Presence Of Osama Bin Laden's Sons In Panjshir, Joint Activities Of ISIS, Al-Qaeda In Afghanistan," detailing the hideouts of different jihadi groups protected by the Taliban in Afghanistan. In particular the report says that Hamza bin Laden, who in 2019 was reported to have been killed some time in the previous two years, "has been moved to Dara Abdullah Khel district [in Panjshir], where 450 Arabs and Pakistanis are protecting him."

Following is the text of the report:

"In Imam Sahib District, In The Villages Of Gambez, Kuperak, Pul Madar Qalam, Gozer Aftabalgh, And Ishan Top, There Are Joint Centers Of Al-Qaeda And ISIS Activities"

"National Mobilization Front expresses concern about the presence of terrorist groups in Afghanistan and asks the international community and USA to support the liberation fronts and save the people of Afghanistan from the clutches of terrorism. After the domination of the Taliban terrorist group and the overthrow of the government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan [in August 2021], this country has become a training center for various terrorist groups.

"Terrorist groups include East Turkestan [Islamic] Movement, Jaish al-Nasr, Jaish al-Adl, Islamic Movement or Islamic Movement of Uzbekistan, Lashkar-e-Taiba, Ansarullah, TTP [Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan], Harakat al-Jihad al-Islami,... Lashkar-e-Islami related to Khyber Agency of Pakistan, Jaish-e-Muhammad, Tehreek-e-Nifaz-e-Shariat-e- Muhammadi Pakistan, Lashkar Jhangvi, Ansar Ulama, Brigade Guerrilla 55, which are related to the Arabs of Al-Qaeda.

"These groups are active in different parts of Afghanistan, and if needed, information will be provided from the area of ​​activity of the majority of these groups.

"In the northeast zone, there are several terrorist groups that are recruiting and training terrorists, as follows:

"Kunduz: There is a hideout of Al-Qaeda and ISIS in Kolbad district.

"In Imam Sahib district, in the villages of Gambez, Kuperak, Pul Madar Qalam, Gozer Aftabalgh, and Ishan Top, there are joint centers of Al-Qaeda and ISIS activities, outside of which the Taliban flag is repaired [sic], but inside the center, which is divided into two parts, each group has their own flags."

"In Dasht Qala Khaja Ghar District, Chahal, Ashkemesh, Kalfangan, The Activities Of ISIS Al-Qaeda And Ansarullah Of Tajikistan Are Shared, And The Taliban Provide These Groups With The Necessary Weapons"

"In Dasht Archi District, Dafdani Nahr Kuhne village is an ISIS training camp that is openly operating with a black flag.

"In Gol Tapah district in Zakhil village and in Chahardara district in  Yatam village, Sarak Bala village, Mang Tepe, Daesh [ISIS] are openly active and they come to the center of Kunduz city most of the night and even ambush the Taliban cars because these Daesh are all the residents of this village. There are those who have enmity with the Taliban since the past.

"Baghlan: In Borka Nahrin Jalgah Districts, Taleh W barfak District, and Dand Shahabuddin, related to Pul Khomri City, ISIS activities are covert, but this group is very active.

"Takhar: In Dasht Qala Khaja Ghar district, Chahal, Ashkemesh, Kalfangan, the activities of ISIS Al-Qaeda and Ansarullah of Tajikistan are shared, and the Taliban provide these groups with the necessary weapons and equipment to carry their destructive activities to Tajikistan.

"Badakhshan: In the districts of Argo, Draim, Ragh, Yiftal Bala, Kolfgan districts, there are activities of ISIS, but in Warduj, Yavan, Kohistan, Keshm Tagab, the centers of the ISIS group are actively and openly with their own black flag, as a result of the floods. Recently, several ISIS outposts have been destroyed in Yavan, Kohistan, and Tagab districts, and 7 ISIS members have disappeared due to the floods so far."

"Hamza Bin Laden Has Been Moved To Dara Abdullah Khel District [In Panjshir], Where 450 Arabs And Pakistanis Are Protecting Him"

"Al-Qaeda and other Pakistani terrorists are directly supported by the [Afghan] Taliban to the extent that a large base with residential houses was built for them by the Taliban in Malkooti village in Nawa district of Ghazni province.

"Panjshir: Abdullah bin Laden, the son of Osama bin Laden, is in Bazarak district, Dara Parandeh in Kurgoshan region; he is protected by hundreds of Chechen and Arab riflemen. Once a week one of the leaders of the Taliban group visits him in a heavily guarded black cars.

"Hamza bin Laden has been moved to Dara Abdullah Khel district [in Panjshir], where 450 Arabs and Pakistanis are protecting him."
