On June 7, media outlets reported that 22-year-old Nathaniel Veltman killed four members of a Muslim family with his pickup truck in London, Ontario, Canada, in what the Canadian police described as a "planned, premeditated attack motivated by hate." An ISIS supporter called on Telegram for revenge.

On June 7, 2021, a Telegram channel affiliated with Iran-backed militias in Iraq released a poster threatening to carry out drone attacks on U.S.-led forces in Iraq.
Reacting to a PBS documentary about Abu Muhammad Al-Joulani, leader of Hay'at Tahrir Al-Sham (HTS), the group's opponents, including supporters of Al-Qaeda, upon whom HTS is cracking down, condemned Al-Joulani and his group and accused them of trying to ingratiate themselves with the West.

On June 7, 2021, American Syria-based journalist Bilal Abdul Kareem posted a link on his Telegram channel to an 18-minute YouTube video in which he was interviewed by the outlet Middle East Eye.

ISIS Encourages Supporters To Participate In Media Jihad
In recent weeks, the Islamic State (ISIS) media apparatus has focused on highlighting the importance of media activity as a component of jihad.
On June 8, a pro-Islamic State (ISIS) media outlet published an article written by prominent pro-ISIS woman poet and writer who argued that it is a religious duty for women to contribute to serving Islam within the guidelines of shari'a and called on women to support ISIS by sharing ISIS media productions and statements by ISIS commanders.
On June 7, 2021, an Al-Qaeda supporter published a poster on his Telegram channel marking one year since the death of a leader of Al-Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb (AQIM) who was killed in Mali during a French operation on June 7, 2020.
On June 8, 2021, the media arm of Al-Qaeda's affiliate in Mali, Group for Support of Islam and Muslims (GSIM), released a statement denying its involvement in the June 5 attack against civilians in Solhan village in Yagha province in Burkina Faso.
On June 7, 2021, an Al-Qaeda supporter on Telegram condemned ISIS's "betrayal" of Abubakar Shekau, leader of the Nigerian militant Islamist group Boko Haram, and expressed the hope that Hay'at Tahrir Al-Sham (HTS) leader Abu Muhammad Al-Joulani would be punished.
On June 9, 2021, a new anti-Hay'at Tahrir Al-Sham (HTS) faction in Idlib claimed on its Telegram channel that its fighters had surrounded northwestern Idlib, warning that more attacks will target HTS if it refuses to free the jihadis detained in its prisons.

On February 26, 2021, the Uyghur jihadi group the Turkestan Islamic Party (TIP), which has branches in Afghanistan and Syria, opened a new Facebook page.
Jihadi Clerics Condemns Hamas For Praising The Houthis
On June 6, a Hamas representative in San'aa, Yemen met with officials of the Iran-backed Houthi militias and expressed the group's appreciation to the Houthis for their support on the issue of Palestine. Jihadi clerics reacted online.
On June 6, 2021, a Telegram channel affiliated with the media arm of a Gaza-based jihadi organization shared a lengthy article written by a "jihadi sheikh" who claimed that the United Arab Emirates is a settlement created by the Jews to foster their economic interests and political agenda and urged jihadis to target it.
Hizbullah Supporters Post Songs, Tributes On Video Sharing Platform BitChute
Pro-Hizbullah videos are posted on the video sharing platform BitChute, a popular alternative to YouTube.
Gulbuddin Hekmatyar, the former jihadi commander and chief of Hizb-e-Islami Afghanistan (HIA) who joined the peace process but takes a pro-Taliban stance, has surprisingly criticized the decision by the U.S. and its allies to withdraw all foreign troops from Afghanistan as "irresponsible" and "wrong" before the formation of a transitional government in Kabul, according to a report by the Afghan news website ToloNews.
