On November 18, 2023, Al-Sahab, the official media outlet of Al-Qaeda General Command, released a two-page "Statement Regarding the Zionist-Crusader War Against Gaza Hospitals," inciting attacks against U.S. and Israeli Embassies as well as "million-man marches" toward U.S. and European military bases in the region to expel the "killers" of Gazans.
On November 16, 2023, a pro-Al-Qaeda media outlet published a three-page statement, in Arabic, praising three recent attacks that targeted two synagogues in Montreal, Canada, using rifles and Molotov cocktails.
On November 19, 2023, the Houthi Ansar Allah movement armed forces claimed responsibility for the seizure of the Galaxy Leader shipping vessel, which it described as "an Israeli ship" in the Red Sea, and towed it to the Yemeni coast.
On November 20, 2023, "the armed forces" of the Iran-backed Ansar Allah Movement (Houthis) published video footage on Telegram documenting its claimed November 19 attack on a vessel in the Red Sea.
On November 16 and 17, 2023, jihadis continued to react to the viral trend on Tik Tok, #LetterToAmerica, in which users uploaded videos reacting to reading Osama bin Laden's 2002 address, titled "Letter to America."

On November 15, 2023, several Salafi jihadis commented on the viral TikTok trend #LetterToAmerica, in which TikTok users uploaded videos reacting to reading Osama bin Laden's 2002 address, titled "Letter to America."
On November 16, 2023, "Gaza Now," a Gaza-based media outlet supporting Hamas and other Palestinian factions that took part in the October 7 attack on Israel, shared a post on its Arabic Telegram channel promoting a second Arabic channel for followers residing in Europe and the United States.
On November 16, 2023, Islamic State (ISIS) Mozambique Province published eight photos, showing the leadup, execution, and aftermath of an attack on a village in the country's northern Cabo Delgado province.
On November 16, 2023, the Islamic State (ISIS) released issue 417 of its weekly newsletter Al-Naba', featuring an editorial mocking the outcome of the extraordinary joint Islamic-Arab summit.

On November 19, 2023, the Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP) claimed that on November 18, its fighters attacked the motorcade of the governor of Nigeria's Yobe State using various weapons, on the road between the cities of Jakana and Mainok, in Nigeria's Borno state, killing two of his bodyguards and injuring others.
On November 20, 2023, the Al-Sahab Foundation, the official media outlet of Al-Qaeda's Central Command, released a new issue of its periodic bulletin.

Al-Qaeda Affiliate GSIM Claims Five Attacks Within A Week In Mali, Burkina Faso, Niger, Togo
On November 13–16, 2023, Al-Qaeda's affiliate in the African Sahel, Jama'at Nusrat Al-Islam Wal-Muslimeen (the Group for Support of Islam and Muslims – GSIM), claimed five attacks in Mali, Burkina Faso, Niger, and Togo.
On November 16, 2023, the Syrian pro-opposition Euphrates Eye website reported, quoting "exclusive sources," that disagreements had erupted between members of the Syrian army's 4th Division and operatives of Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) in Al-Tayyibah village, near Al-Mayadin in Syria's Deir Al-Zour governorate.
On November 21, 2023, the Syrian opposition-affiliated Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) reported that in the previous hours, Iran-backed militias sent military reinforcements consisting of weapons and ammunition, short- and medium-range missiles, logistical equipment, and additional operatives to the desert of Syria's Homs governorate.

In recent days, the Islamic Resistance in Iraq, an umbrella group of Iran-backed militias, has claimed several additional attacks on U.S. bases in Syria and Iraq, "in retaliation for the crimes which the enemy perpetrates against our people in Gaza."
