In his first speech following his appointment on October 29, 2024, Lebanese Hizbullah Secretary General Sheikh Naim Qassem announced, in a televised speech on October 30, that he would follow in the footsteps of his predecessor, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, in all political, jihadist, social, and cultural fields, and would continue to execute the war plan set up by Nasrallah.

On October 27, 2024, the official Military Media website of Yemen's Iran-backed Ansar Allah movement (the Houthis) reported on a Houthi armed forces largescale exercise dubbed, “To Totally Disgrace You (Quran 17:7).

Lebanese Hizbullah Appoints Deputy Leader Naim Qassem As Group's New Leader
On October 29, 2024, Lebanese Hizbullah issued a statement announcing that the group's Shura Council had appointed Sheikh Naim Qassem as the group's new leader.
On October 22, 2024, Lebanese Hizbullah's Al-Ahed News website published an article summarizing a speech by Muhammad 'Afif, the group's public relations (PR) director, during a press conference in southern Beirut.
On October 27, 2024, the Iran-backed Iraqi Hizbullah Brigades published a statement on Telegram in response to Israel's October 26 airstrikes in Iran.
On October 26, 2024, the Syrian opposition outlet Thiqa News Agency claimed that Iran-backed Iraqi militias and the Yemeni Ansar Allah Movement (Houthis) are planning to send operatives to Lebanon to fight alongside Hizbullah and make up for the latter's manpower losses.

From October 22-28, 2024, the Islamic Resistance in Iraq, an umbrella group of Iran-backed militias in Iraq, issued dozens of statements claiming responsibility for 21 separate attacks targeting northern, central, and southern regions in Israel.
On October 27, 2024, several Telegram channels supporting Iran-backed Iraqi Shi'ite militias reported a drone attack on the Al-Tanf base in Syria's eastern Homs governorate, near the border with Jordan and Iraq, which hosts U.S. and Free Syrian Army (FSA) forces.
On October 20, 2024, the official media outlet of Al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP) released a three-page statement eulogizing "martyr" Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar who was killed while waging jihad and standing guard at the frontline against the "worst enemies" of Islam.

On October 28, 2024, Al-Azaim, a media foundation linked to the Islamic State Khorasan Province (ISKP), released a poster inciting attacks against houses of worship, including temples and cathedrals such as the Cologne Cathedral in Germany.
On October 28, 2024, a pro-ISIS media group released a poster featuring an excerpt from an editorial in issue 465 of Al-Naba', ISIS's weekly newsletter, released on August 15, 2024.
On October 25, 2024, Al-Sahab, the official media outlet of Al-Qaeda Central Command, released a statement in Arabic and English in which it eulogized Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar, extended condolences to "the mujahideen in Gaza" on the "martyrdom of their leaders in the path of Allah," and urged Muslims to wage jihad against "Zionist-Crusader interests worldwide" and against the regimes of Arab countries.
On October 17, 2024, the media arm of Al-Qaeda's affiliate in the African Sahel, Jama'at Nusrat Al-Islam Wal-Muslimeen ("the Group for Support of Islam and Muslims," GSIM), released nine photos documenting a "da'wa [preaching, invitation to Islam] tour" in the villages of Burkina Faso along the border with Niger.
Al-Qaeda's affiliate in the Sahel – the Group for the Support of Islam and Muslims (GSIM) – accused the Malian Army of massacring 21 civilians during indiscriminate airstrikes in Tinzaouaten, near the Malian-Algerian border.

In recent weeks, Qatar has been mediating between the Afghan Taliban and Italy and Germany to encourage the latter to adopt a flexible approach on the issue of Afghanistan, leading to a statement from the Italian Foreign Ministry on October 27, announcing the appointment of Sabrina Ugolini as Italy's ambassador to Kabul.
In a Dari-language article, Hizb-ut-Tahrir Afghanistan defines its advocacy for the implementation of "complete shari'a system," saying shari'a cannot be implemented gradually and its enforcement should be in all aspects of life, including foreign policy, economic affairs, and societal issues.
In a Dari-language booklet shared on Telegram marking the first anniversary of the October 7 Hamas attacks in Israel, Hizb-ut-Tahrir Afghanistan laments that "infidel countries" are united with Israel on the Gaza war, but Islamic countries are not aiding the Palestinians against Israel.
