Hizbullah Secretary-General Hassan Nasrallah spoke in a September 19, 2024, address about the pager blasts that rocked the party's personnel across Lebanon. Nasrallah said that the party's "first response" to Israel's "despicable crime" was to continue to assist Gaza, saying that such attacks only make Hizbullah "more resilient." He also declared that he looks forward to any military action in southern Lebanon as a "historic opportunity."
On September 17, 2024, thousands of handheld pagers owned by Hizbullah members exploded simultaneously. According to the Lebanese Ministry of Public Health, the explosions caused the deaths of twelve people, two of whom were children, while about 2,800 people were injured.
On September 17, 2024, the Hizbullah Brigades, an Iran-backed militia in Iraq, released a statement pledging support to Lebanese Hizbullah after hundreds of its operatives were wounded and killed from exploding pagers.
Iran-backed militias in Iraq issued statements condemning the explosions of pagers on the person of thousands of Hizbullah operatives in Lebanon and Syria on September 17, 2024. On September 16, 2024, the official website of the Ansar Allah Houthi Movement published the summary of a letter from the head of Hamas Political Bureau Yahya Sinwar to Houthi leader 'Abd Al-Malik Badr Al-Din Al-Houthi in which he praised the Houthis' long-range missile attack on Tel Aviv on September 15, which coincided with Muslims' celebration of the anniversary of the birth of Muhammad.

On September 5, 2024, the chief editor of Afghan Taliban's Hewad daily published a photo of an appreciation letter he received from Hamas's Political Office in Doha.

Lebanese Hizbullah Eulogizes Two Minors From Its Ranks 'Martyred On The Path To Jerusalem'
During August and September 2024, Lebanese Hizbullah reported on the deaths of two minors from South Lebanon, born in 2007 and 2008, and claimed that they were members of the organization who were "martyred on the path to Jerusalem."
On its Telegram channel, the self-described anti-imperialist, anti-capitalist group, "Bronx Anti-War Coalition" shares jihadi and terrorist propaganda from groups including Hizbullah, Hamas, and the Houthis.
A leader of the Iran-backed Iraqi militias in Iraq accused the U.S. and Israel of being behind an explosion which occurred at a site used by U.S. forces at Baghdad International Airport on September 10, 2024.
On September 12, 2024, a Telegram channel affiliated with Iran-backed militias in Iraq released a series of posters providing details about a U.S. U-28A Draco aircraft, which, it claimed, conducted a surveillance flight over Baghdad, Iraq.
On September 10-11, 2024, two websites affiliated with the Syrian opposition published a series of reports describing activities of Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) and affiliated militia in Syria's eastern region.
A pro-Syrian opposition media outlet reported that an Iraqi female commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps was assassinated at her home in Deir Al-Zour, Syria.

On September 16, 2024, the Hamas-affiliated Shehab News Agency published a statement it obtained from Nasreddin Amer, deputy information minister of Yemen's Iran-backed Ansar Allah Movement (the Houthis), about the group's ongoing confrontation with Israel.

On September 15, 2024, Iran-backed Yemen's Ansar Allah Movement (the Houthi) claimed responsibility for a same-day missile attack carried out by the group's operatives on Tel Aviv, Israel's second-largest city.
On September 15, 2024, on official Houthi media channels, Houthi leader Abd Al-Malik Badr Al-Din Al-Houthi released a video of a 36-minute speech he delivered on the occasion of the birthday of the Prophet Muhammad, which is marked annually on the 12th day of the third month in the Muslim calendar, known as of Rabi' Al-Awwal.
The official website of the Ansar Allah Houthi Movement ridiculed the return of two U.S. Navy aircraft carriers from deployments in the Red Sea.

On September 11, 2024, Al-Sahab, the official media outlet of Al-Qaeda's Central Command, released a 26-minute video titled "Resolutions of the Abu Dhabi Meeting Place and the Role of Scholars and Preachers in Confronting Them." Accusing the UAE rulers of spearheading a plan to eliminate jihad in Palestine, it calls on Islamic scholars to incite jihad and wage it personally, warning that Islam will be eliminated if they do not take up arms.
In recent days, following the 23rd anniversary of 9/11, Al-Qaeda supporters have continued to commemorate the attacks, justify jihad against the U.S., and praise Al-Qaeda and its leaders.

On September 17, 2024, Al-Qaeda's affiliate in the African Sahel, Jama'at Nusrat Al-Islam Wal-Muslimeen (the Group for Support of Islam and Muslims – GSIM), claimed a major "qualitative attack" carried out by inghimasi [commando-style fighters who strike behind enemy lines] operatives at the Modibo Keïta International Airport outside of Mali's capital, Bamako.
On September 17, 2024, the Al-Zallaqa Media Foundation, the media arm of Al-Qaeda's affiliate in the African Sahel, Jama'at Nusrat Al-Islam Wal-Muslimeen (the Group for Support of Islam and Muslims – GSIM), issued statements and exclusive photos documenting a large-scale commando operation inside Bamako's Modibo Keita Airport.
On September 16, 2024, the Al-Zallaqa Media Foundation, the media arm of Al-Qaeda's affiliate in the African Sahel, Jama'at Nusrat Al-Islam Wal-Muslimeen (the Group for Support of Islam and Muslims – GSIM), published Arabic and French versions of an infographic summarizing the group's operations in the Hijri month of Safar, which spanned from August 5 to September 3, 2024.
Issue 460 of Al-Naba', the official weekly magazine of the Islamic State (ISIS), dated September 12, 2024, contains an editorial titled "Has the Time Not Yet Come for the Believers?" (Quran 57:16) which calls on Muslims to wage jihad, presenting it as the only way to end massacres of Muslims and threats to their religion.
Issue 460 of the Islamic State (ISIS) weekly newsletter, Al-Naba', released on September 12, 2024, featured details of a gruesome massacre of "adult men" in the Nigerian village of Mafa, in northeastern Nigeria's Yobe State for alleged "betrayal" and "conspiracy" ISIS mujahideen and "affiliation" with the Nigerian army in the fight to defeat ISIS.
On September 14, 2024, Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP) released two photosets documenting recent operations in northeastern Nigeria.
On September 12, 2024, the Islamic State Khorasan Province (ISKP) claimed responsibility for an attack in central Afghanistan against a group of Shi'ite pilgrims returning from Iraq's Shi'ite holy sites in Karbala.
