Following are excerpts from an interview with Sonja Al-Rassi, daughter of former Lebanese president Suleiman Faranjieh, which aired on OTV on October 23, 2011.

Sonja Al-Rassi: "The Muslim Brotherhood is more than welcome to operate in the mosques, but they cannot express their views out in the streets. By the same token, I'm not happy when I see a priest expressing his opinion in political matters. That's not his business.
"The Muslim Brotherhood should teach Muslims how to act with purity, but they should not teach me. They have nothing to do with me.
"Today, you have the Muslim Brotherhood in Syria, the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt, the Muslim Brotherhood in... If the Americans want the Muslim Brotherhood, let them take it to America.
"Forgive me if you do not agree, but the Americans pretend that it was 19 wretched Saudis who brought down the Twin Towers because they were Muslim Brotherhood..."
Interviewer: "I don't know what happened..."
Sonja Al-Rassi: "Bravo if they managed to pull it off."
Interviewer: "What do you think of this attack?"
Sonja Al-Rassi: "The [Americans] themselves did it."
Interviewer: "Is it conceivable that they did it..."
Sonja Al-Rassi: "Why, who sank the Lusitania?"
Interviewer: "It made America enter World War I. What about Pearl Harbor? There are reports that the U.S. military intelligence had known about the Japanese attack, but let it happen..."
Sonja Al-Rassi: "They let it happen. They told the Japanese to choose between Saturday and Sunday when everybody was off duty." [...]
