Following are excerpts from an interview with Ali Akbar Nateq-Nouri, advisor to Iranian Leader Khamenei, which aired on Channel 1, Iranian TV on September 26, 2008:
Ali Akbar Nateq-Nouri: Herzl, the German who was one of the founders of Zionism, said – and I quote: "Those Jews who play no part in our economy..." – by "our economy," he was referring to that of the West and Europe – "...most of whom are Russian and Eastern Jews, who belong to the Slavic race and live in poverty... These poor Russian Jews must be resettled in a country outside Europe. Why? First of all, this would rid Europe of this impoverished minority, secondly, we could use this superfluous population to further our ambitions and desires, and thirdly, instead of..." Note how evil they were back then. Herzl said these things in the late 19th century, 120 years ago: "Thirdly, instead of directing their hatred toward the Christians, the Jews would direct it toward the Muslims. Thus, we would relieve the Christians of their burden, and direct it toward the Muslims. Fourth, this would create a stronghold for us in the Middle East, which is one of the world's energy centers." All this was only part of their goals.

There was also an interim plan to take over the Middle East, and to establish a regime from the Nile to the Euphrates, and ultimately, to prepare the ground for the realization of this people's superiority and control over the rest of the world as a religious faith. This is because they consider themselves to be the chosen people.

The U.S. Congress in its entirety is controlled by the Zionist organization. The influence of the Zionist organization is so strong that they can elect representatives to Congress, using their money and political control. The Zionists in America can elect the president. Both the Democratic and Republican presidential candidates support the Zionists, and if anyone says anything against the regime occupying Jerusalem, they become angry, because the Zionist money determines the outcome of the elections.
[...]The Zionists have purchased the leading sports clubs in the West in order to influence young sportsmen around the world, and to control the steering of their thoughts. Look how cunning and devilish they are. They have taken over most of the filmmaking centers, such as Hollywood, the center of making vulgar and obscene films, with political, sexual, and social aspects. They have gained control of these filmmaking centers and they have established many entertainment networks, using the element of sex to attract people.

My brothers and sisters, you must be aware that all the people living in Israel belong to the Israeli army reserves. They all do. Are these people really [civilian] people?! Every year they must undergo military training for a certain period, and devote time to military training. To call these criminals "people" is an inappropriate mistake. They are occupiers and invaders, and cannot be called "people."

Know that if the inconceivable [attack against Iran] takes place, we will not merely settle accounts with Israel. Indeed, Israel will be annihilated, but all the countries that support Israel in any way, coordinate with it, or share its way of thinking will be our enemies.
