WARNING — GRAPHIC: Child Soldiers With ISIS West Africa Province (ISWAP) Execute Hostages, Vow To Wage Jihad, Threaten To Conquer Western Cities, Denounce Democracy

A video titled "The Empowerment Generation" was posted on the Tamkin News Telegram channel on January 18, 2022. The video features child soldiers of the Islamic State's West Africa Province (ISWAP), and shows children who belong to the "Caliphate Cub Institute" describing the religious and military training the receive. One child says that as soldiers of the Caliphate, their role is to wage Jihad against the "soldiers of the tyranny of democracy." The video shows the children executing hostages, including a uniformed man who says he is a soldier in the Nigerian Special Forces. Another child says that Jihad is the only way to reconquer Al-Aqsa, the Two Holy Mosques, Rome, and Spain. An adult, who seems to be the military commander of the children, says that this generation was raised to "have a passion for martyrdom and for killing for the sake of Allah." The man threatens: "They will conquer your countries and cities and cleanse them of your filth." The video ends with the children wearing military fatigues and armed with rifles pledging allegiance to ISIS caliph Abu Ibrahim Al-Hashemi Al-Qurashi.
