China's PLA Unveils Portable Drone-Jamming Gun

At the recently-initiated multinational military exercise known as "Peace and Friendship 2023," China's People's Liberation Army unveiled a new portable drone-jamming gun. The device looks like a long-range rifle, weighs 3.5 kilograms, uses a lithium battery, and can cause directional interference against drones within a range of 1.5 kilometers, effectively creating a controlled airspace with a 17-degree interference angle. Presenter: "I am holding a portable drone jamming gun. The entire gun weighs 3.5 kilograms and is equipped with a lithium battery, allowing for a battery life of 120 minutes. It can perform directional interference on drones within a 1.5-kilometer range, creating an interference airspace with a 17-degree angle, and subsequently carry out operations such as return-to-home and striking."
