In an Eid Al-Adha sermon in Copenhagen, Hizb ut-Tahrir-affiliated Danish Imam Mundhir Abdallah criticized Muslim World League Secretary-General Muhammad bin Abdul Karim Al-Issa for having prayed for the souls of the Jews who had perished in Auschwitz during the "alleged Holocaust" (for more about Al-Issa, see MEMRI TV Clips Nos. 7755, 7772, 7760, and 7859). Imam Abdallah also criticized him for calling for friendly relations with Jews and Christians. In addition, Imam Abdallah said that Al-Issa, Saudi Crown Prince Muhammad bin Salman, and UAE President Mohammed Bin Zayed Al-Nahyan are "immoral enemies of Allah". When speaking about a recent shooting at a Copenhagen mall by a mentally ill man, Imam Abdallah added that most Westerners are mentally ill. The sermon was posted on July 9, 2022 to Imam Abdallah's YouTube channel.

Mundhir Abdallah: "Racism is deeply rooted in [the West's] history, culture, and policy. If the [Copenhagen mall shooting] was not carried out for racist and terrorist motives, [the West's] killing of half a million Iraqi children was perpetrated for racist, criminal, and terrorist motives.

"Mental illnesses are part and parcel of Western culture. This is not surprising. Most of them are mentally ill. If they were not mentally ill, would they do what they did in Iraq and Afghanistan?

"That sinner Muhammed bin Saud [MBS]... I am saying this for the sake of history... He forced the Muslims yesterday, on the Day of Arafah, to pray behind a man who is a sinner. Some people pronounced that man a heretic. I do not care whether he is or is not, but that man, Muhammad Al-Issa... Those accursed immoral and criminal sinners call themselves 'Muhammad'... 'Muhammad' bin Salman, but he is an immoral enemy of Allah. 'Mohammed' bin Zayed, but he is an immoral enemy of Allah. This 'Muhammad' Al-Issa is also an immoral enemy of Allah. He prayed over [the souls] of the Jews in Auschwitz, in Poland, the [venue] of the alleged Holocaust... He went there and prayed for the [souls] of the Jews.

"That criminal whom they imposed on the people as an imam also calls for normalization of relations with the Jews. He describes the Jews and the Christians as 'our brothers.'"
