Following are excerpts from an interview with Dr. Yahya Ahmad Al-Ka'ki, Advisor, Dar Al-Fatwa, the highest Sunni religious authority in Lebanon, which was aired by Al-'Alam TV (Iran) on April 2, 2005.
I would like to mention what the Mayor of London said - that Zionism is a terrorist (movement), that Zionism, through Sharon and by means of the settlements, wants to remove the Palestinian people from Palestine. "Palestine people" means not only the Muslims, but the Christians as well.
Livingstone, the Mayor of London, said that Sharon the terrorist should be in jail and not heading the Israeli government. That's what the Mayor of London said - and we bless him, even though belatedly.
The Zionist lobby in Britain came out against the Mayor of London and accused him of anti Semitism - the old-new accusation. This is not anti Semitism. It is anti-Zionism.
This term "anti-Zionism," which appeared in the 19th century, does not mean fighting Judaism as it is Semitic. The Arabs are Semites. We are all Semites in this region.
On the contrary, the Jews or the Zionists of today are not the Jews of Palestine. The Jews of Palestine are only 5% (of all Jews). The Zionists of today originate from the Jews of Khazar, who came from central Asia.
The Zionism of today does not originate from the Semitic race, but from the Aryan race, which was in Europe and from the Hamite race, which came from Africa.
The Khazar Jews, who currently rule (Israel) and are considered Jews, want to say to the world: "We are the protectors of Semitism." On the contrary, the protectors of Semitism are the Arabs - the Christians and the Muslims.
