Egyptian researcher Mohammad Elgobashy said in a December 19, 2024 appearance on Al-Hadath Al-Youm TV (Egypt) that the destruction and death in Gaza following October 7 is on an “unprecedented” scale since World War II. He stated that what happened to the Palestinians is a “lot worse” than what the Jews claim had happened to them in the Holocaust. Elgobashy suggested that the Holocaust might have happened because Hitler took revenge against the Jews, because they betrayed Germany in World War I by financing England during the war.
Mohammad Elgobashy: "The events [after the October 7 attacks] led to the total destruction of the infrastructure and the killing of more than 55,000 people in the Gaza Strip."
Interviewer: "The martyrdom of 55,000 people, right."
Elgobashy: "Right, more than 70% of them were women and children. This is unprecedented in history, since World War II."
Interviewer: "A new Holocaust..."
Elgobashy: "Right. They claim that [there was] a Holocaust. Well, this is a lot worse than what happened to them in the Holocaust, as they claim."
Interviewer: "Right."
Elgobashy: "The Holocaust might have happened as a result of their betrayal of the Germans, and Hitler took revenge upon them because of their betrayal, and because they bought... For the sake of history... This is an opportunity to share a piece of information with you. They supported England financially in World War I, and betrayed [Germany] for the sake of England. Therefore, when Hitler found out about the great material support that they gave England he did to them what he did. What they did in Palestine is worse than what was done to them after World War I, the so-called 'Holocaust.'"
