Mahmoud Al-Rashidi, a former assistant to the Minister of the Interior on cyber crime, said that "in America, in Qatar, and elsewhere, they cooperate with these terrorist organizations to achieve their own goals." Israel, he said, was "the largest center for electronic terrorism in the Middle East.
