In a July 21 Friday sermon delivered at the Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq Mosque in the Al-Buss refugee camp in Lebanon, Sheikh Hassan Diab said that the Jews were prophet slayers who were transformed into apes and pigs by Allah after they incurred His wrath. "It is not surprising that they attack and close the Al-Aqsa Mosque," said Diab, who prayed that Allah would "destroy the Jews and their supporters" and "kill them down to the last one."
Sheikh Hassan Diab: "Recurring Jewish-Zionist attacks on the Al-Aqsa Mosque are nothing unusual or new. The actions of the sons of Zion are nothing unusual. After all, they even transgressed against the Lord in the past.

"They transgressed against the Lord. They killed the prophet of Allah and His best servants. 'They slay the prophets unjustly and kill the people who command equity.' The Jews are treacherous, deceitful, and spiteful, and their nature is evil. 'Whenever they made a covenant, a group among them violated it.'

"They employed tricks against the religion of Allah, so He transformed them into apes and pigs and into idol worshippers. Humiliation and misery were inflicted upon them. They incurred the wrath of Allah. This is what is written in the Quran, and this has been their lot throughout the ages. They are a nation of crimes, slaughter, treachery, and deceit. Therefore, it is not surprising that they attack and close the Al-Aqsa Mosque.

"Oh Allah, destroy the Jews and their supporters, for they are no match for You. Oh Allah, count the Jews and their supporters one by one, kill them down to the last one, and do not leave any of them on the face of the Earth."
