Irfan Sarwar, the program director at Gain Peace, a Da'awa and interfaith organization based in Chicago, said in a discussion about Palestine at the Islamic Center of Wheaton, Illinois, that the Jews were expelled from Western countries because they came to "control everybody else." He said that the Jews were expelled from France because of their "predatory" interest practices and because people were afraid that they wanted to take over the economic system.
A member of the audience asked whether the Hindus would do to the Muslims in India what the Israelis are doing to Palestinians, and he suggested that Hindu soldiers from India were fighting alongside the Israeli army in Gaza (for more information, see MEMRITV clip number 10810).
To this, Sarwar responded that the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) has a subcommittee dedicated to encouraging Jews to marry Hindus. He added that there are dozens of big corporations owned by Hindus, so if they are combined with the AIPAC influence, "you can imagine what is coming in the next five or so years, right?" Video of the discussion was streamed live on the YouTube and Facebook pages of the mosque on January 27, 2024. Another speaker at the event was Dale Sprusanky, director of the Washington Report on Middle East Affairs.
Irfan Sarwar: "In the 12th and 13th centuries, France expelled the Jews three times, primarily because of their – there could be a good reasons, I am not picking on them – but because of their predatory interest practices. People felt they were trying to take over the economic system and that they were trying to get the money out of people using unfair deals.

"We have to also think why this was happening to them. What was causing England, France, and other Western countries to do this to them, and today, they support them? Another phenomenal thing that we have to realize is that the nation of Jews have come form where they were in history to [unintelligible] and to control everybody else. A lot of Jewish people support us, they are with us in the protests, so we are not against them, we are against those whom we call Zionists."

Audience member: "[In my question] I would like to also include in this what is going on in Gaza, with some soldiers from India, Hindus, they are coming to fight with Israeli army.

"What they are doing in Palestine...they might [do] not too far, they will follow also in Kashmir and against Muslims in India."

Sarwar: "AIPAC has created a subcommittee which is encouraging marriages between Jewish people and Hindus. Hindus [are] in control of about 25-30 big corporations, and [combined] with the influence of AIPAC, you can imagine what is coming in the next five or so years, right?"
