Faisal Al-Khozae, a Jordanian expert on international law, said in a March 16, 2020 interview on A-ONE TV (Jordan) that he tends to agree with the conspiracy theories that COVID-19 is a man-made biological weapon. Claiming that the U.S. selected China to be the country from which the coronavirus would start spreading, he said that the United States has 12 highly advanced laboratories that have been producing viruses like COVID-19, SARS, AIDS, swine flu, and anthrax for 20 years. Al-Khozae also claimed that the U.S. is currently establishing its greatest biological lab in the "State of Manhattan."
Faisal Al-Khozae: "I tend to agree with the conspiracy theory. The theory that this virus is man-made is not a fantasy. The coronavirus is a modern, biological, and very advanced germ weapon, and the time for it to emerge has come. China, the powerful rival of the capitalist American market, was selected to be the place from which the virus would spread to the whole world.

"This is pre-meditated. For 20 years, since 2004 [sic], American labs have been producing this and other viruses that are lethal to humans.

"It is not a coincidence that this virus appeared. It was produced in the United States. This virus is similar to the previous viruses – SARS, AIDS, the swine flu, and anthrax.

"America has 12 very advanced laboratories that have been manufacturing these viruses and these lethal germs for the past 20 years. The U.S. is now in the process of establishing its greatest lab for the manufacturing of viruses and lethal germs in the state of Manhattan [sic]. This is not something that is concealed from the world."
