Albir Krganov, the mufti of Moscow, was interviewed on Al-Nujaba TV (Iraq) on December 15, 2018. He said that ISIS and Jabhat Al-Nusra are banned in Russia because they are recognized as terrorist organizations. He added that the prisoners in Guantanamo Bay were subjected to extreme violence in order to prepare them to fight alongside Jabhat Al-Nusra and ISIS and to kill innocent people after being released. He also asked, "Who is the real owner of Charlie Hebdo?" but stopped short of answering his own question.
Following are excerpts:

Those who are familiar with the subject know this… Even the prisoners in Guantanamo were subjected to extreme violence in order to prepare them to work with Jabhat Al-Nusra and ISIS. The people in that prison were turned into wild animals and then they were released so that they would kill innocent people.

Let me ask you and your viewers a question: who is the real owner of Charlie Hebdo? Why did it publish those [offensive] cartoons? I believe that the intelligent people know the answer.
