In a New York rally held in front of the Israeli consulate, Nerdeen Kiswani of Within Our Lifetime led the crowd in chants: "From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free." Kiswani explained that the meaning of this chant is that not only the West Bank and Gaza will be free, but also Haifa, Jaffa, and Tel Aviv, which she claimed was established on the grounds of Tal Al-Rabi'. Kiswani said that the rally is purposefully held near such news outlets as Pix11 News, FoxNews, and CNN, who lie about the Palestinians and hide Israeli actions. She said that they have been doing this since the establishment of the "settler colonialist Zionist entity." Kiswani added that the reason the rally is held in New York City is because it is the "belly of the beast", and it is "peppered with Zionist institutions." She led the demonstrators in a chant stating: "We don't want no Zionists here." Videos of the rally, which was held on June 15, 2021, were posted on the New York Street and JavierSorianoNY YouTube channels. Nerdeen Kiswani: "From the water [of the Mediterranean Sea] to the water [of the Jordan River]...Palestine is Arab!

Kiswani: "Across the street is the Pix11 News, one of the mainstream outlets in this country. Along with FoxNews, The New York Times, CNN, and all of these other mainstream outlets, who keep lying on our people, lying on our struggle, and hiding and protecting Israel from accountability. This is what they do, this is what they've always done, since the creation of the genocidal settler colonialist Zionist entity. They have killed, lied, stolen, raped, pillaged, and continued to lie, building a state on the blood of our people.

"[We are] right here, in the belly of the beast, the belly of the empire. The other day, we marched through the streets, because there are dozens of Zionist institutions peppered throughout the city.

"So the people of Gaza and the people of Palestine have always had the right to resist, whether it is resisting the siege and blockade or resisting the creation of Israel's existence, which happened in 1948.

[...]

"We took over the streets of New York City and we let them know that Palestine will be free. Not only will it be free in the West Bank and Gaza, it will be free in every part of Palestine... Because 'from the river to the sea' means Haifa and Jaffa... and Tal Al-Rabi', which they changed its name to Tel Aviv!"

Crowd: "Boo..."

Member of the crowd: "Disgusting..."
