Nabil Abu Rudeineh, Palestinian President Abbas’s Spokesman: Palestinians Are In An All-Out War With The U.S., Its Helpers In The Region, And Primarily Israel; There Is An American Conspiracy To Tear The Arab World Apart

Nabil Abu Rudeineh, spokesman for Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas, said in a June 8, 2024 interview with Sky News Arabia TV (UAE) that the Palestinians are in an all-out war with the U.S. and its helpers in the region, including Israel. He continued to say that there is an American conspiracy to tear the Arab world apart, and there needs to be a firm Arab stance against the U.S. administration.

Interviewer: "With regard to the [Israeli] Nuseirat operation today – doesn't Hamas bear some of the responsibility [for all the casualties] because it has the Israeli hostages among civilians in Nuseirat?"

Nabil Abu Rudeineh: "First of all, I would have you know that we, the Palestinian people, are now in an all-out war with the U.S., and its helpers in the region – primarily Israel. So I won't be dragged into talking about anything apart from the ceasefire.

"The U.S. administration is not twisting Israel's arm. Israel continues perpetrating its crimes, deluding itself that it can defeat the Palestinian people, defeat the region, and destroy Palestine, Lebanon, Syria, and Iraq – all with American cover. All the Arabs need to understand that the conspiracy has crossed all the borders. There is an American conspiracy to tear the Arab world apart, once and for all. This is our main battle. Our main battle is with the occupation, in order to remove it, and there needs to be a reverberating Arab voice towards the U.S. administration.

"Condemnations and denunciations are not enough. It is not enough just to contact [the Americans]. There has to be a firm Arab stance towards the U.S. administration. This is the only way because, ultimately, Israel is an American protectorate and the U.S. provides it weapons, money, and everything."
