Palestinian Islamic scholar Sheikh Ali Abu Ahmad said in an October 25, 2020 address at the Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem that the answer to French President Emmanuel Macron, whom he referred to as a lowlife, and to all the infidels who have acted with "insolence" against the Muslims is to don the garb of war. Sheikh Ahmad said that boycotts of French products do not change a thing and that the only solution is the reestablishment of the caliphate. He added that the caliph would lead the Muslim armies to crush Paris completely. The video was uploaded to the Al-Aqsa Call channel on YouTube. Ali Abu Ahmad: "The answer to Paris, to Macron the lowlife, to the rulers of the wicked mini-states, and to all the infidels who have acted with insolence against Islam and the Muslims, after the caliphate was destroyed, will be like [what] Sultan Abdul Hamid did, when France wanted to put on a play that mocks the Prophet Muhammad. The Sultan did not say anything. He summoned the [French] ambassador, and donned his garb of war. The lowlife French ambassador said, as soon as he walked in: 'Sultan your message has been received.'
"Indeed, the message was received by donning the garb of war, oh servants of Allah, not by calls, here and there, for Muslims to boycott French products, like we had boycotted Danish products, and Swedish products before that. This has not changed a thing. Oh servants of Allah, the only solution is the return of the caliphate.
