The video shows PLA infantry, marine, naval, air, and rocket forces performing various exercises, including amphibious landings, parachuting, and ground assaults. The lyrics refer to "chasing the dreams of the young." It is noteworthy that the video shows footage from a Chinese aircraft warning a U.S. Navy aircraft that it has entered a PLA exercise zone.
