In a December 16, 2020 English-language interview on an episode of Going Underground on Russia Today TV, Zeinab Soleimani, the daughter of IRGC General Qasem Soleimani, said that Al-Qaeda and ISIS were made by the United States and that her father had been the only person standing before them.
