Dr. Abdallah Harb, the head of Judicial Inspection at the Court of the Chief Justice said in an August 2, 2024 Ramallah Friday sermon that the Jews and the Israelites spread corruption on earth. He said that Israel's long arms have killed a long list of Palestinian leaders including, Abu Jihad – Khalil Al-Wazir, Palestinian Islamic Jihad founder Fathi Shaqaqi, and Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh, whom he referred to as a "patriotic Palestinian leader." The sermon was aired on Palestine TV.
Dr. Abdallah Harb: "My dear brothers, the Israelites and the Jews spread corruption on earth. They are tyrants, they act arrogantly for no reason, and they kill people left, right, and center. We, the Palestinian people, can best testify to the corruption of the Israelites. Our Palestinian people have been burnt by the corruption of the Israelites, their arrogance, their tyranny, and schemes against our people, in Palestine, and abroad. No one is safe from them – not trees, stones, people, children, women, the elderly, holy mosques, the Al-Aqsa Mosque, or Jerusalem. They spread corruption on earth, in every sense of the word. This is clear and obvious.

"My dear brothers, Israel's long arm – that will be chopped off, Allah willing – has reached our people and our leaders. This did not begin today... they killed Abu Jihad – Khalil Al-Wazir – in Tunisia, in 1988. They reached Fathi Shaqaqi in Malta, in 1995. They reached many people... Naji Al-Ali, Ismail Al-Ghoul, Kamal Udwan, Saleh Al-Arouri... and now they have killed a patriotic Palestinian leader in Tehran. His body is now being buried in Doha – Shiekh Ismail Haniyeh, 'Abu Al-Abd'. My dear brothers, from Khalil Al-Wazir to Ismail Haniyehit is a procession that will never stop."
