On February 22, 2023, the designated terror group Russian Imperial Movement (RIM) shared on its VK account a video of RIM members training in the use of rifles and handguns and in fireteam tactics at the PARTISAN Shooting and Tactical Training Center. The center offers military training to civilians who intend to fight alongside Russian forces in Ukraine. The video was originally posted on February 19, 2023 by the PARTISAN training center, and it provides contact information for those interested in training at the center.
