In this footage, posted on the Internet on September 4, 2013, a Syrian boy, Abd Al-Salam Al-Raf'eiya, sits mounted on a horse and wielding a sword in his hand. Surrounded by a group of children, he calls upon Allah to bless and protect various clerics from the Gulf, including Saudi Sheik Muhammad Al-'Arifi and Kuwaiti Sheik Walid Al-Tabtabai, to the children's chorus of "amen."

Abd Al-Salam Al-Raf'eiya: In the name of the bereaved mothers and the people who memorized the Koran, who fast and who pray, I beseech You to provide him with assistance, oh Allah.

Abd Al-Salam Al-Raf'eiya: Oh Allah, protect the humane sheik Muhammad Al-Lahem, "the Sword of Justice," who cares for the needy and the refugees.

Abd Al-Salam Al-Raf'eiya: Oh Allah, help him to remove the injustice from our people in Syria.

Abd Al-Salam Al-Raf'eiya: Oh Allah, grant him success in all his good deeds.
