Uygher researcher AbdulAhad Uojegon said on Al-Watan TV, a Turkey-based Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood channel, that several years ago, Chinese President Xi Jinping had secretly announced to the Communist Party that he plans to assimilate or kill all Turkestanis, particularly the Uyghur Muslims, by 2050. Uojegon said that this is part of a grand Chinese plan to attack the entire world, and he claimed that the Chinese believe that the Turkestanis are the only obstacle standing in the way of their commercial enterprises. He also said that China is much more dangerous than America. Uyghur Sheikh Mahmoud Al-Azhari, who is a member of the Islamic Scholars Association of Turkestan, referred to a verse in the Quran that says polytheists – like the Chinese – hold the most enmity towards Muslims, and that the Jews hold this enmity as well. He added: "Despite their enmity [towards Muslims], America – and even the Jews – are at least the People of the Book." The show aired on December 19, 2018. AbdulAhad Uojegon: A few years ago, Chinese President Xi Jinping made a secret declaration in front of [Communist Party] officials – and it was later leaked – and he said: “We do not want any Uyghurs alive by 2050…”
Interviewer: He said he does not want any Muslim living in East Turkestan by 2050? The current Chinese President said this?
AbdulAhad Uojegon: Yes. [Jinping said:] “Either they become Chinese or they will be killed.” This is his goal now. He wants to get rid of all the Turkestanis, both the Muslims and the non-Muslims.
Interviewer: Why does the Chinese government want to do this?
AbdulAhad Uojegon: Because they have a grand plan to attack the entire world. They believe that the Turkestanis are the only obstacle standing in the way of their commercial enterprises.
Interviewer: I see.
AbdulAhad Uojegon: Especially those from East Turkestan. They want to get rid of thirty million Muslims.

Interviewer: Some people say that getting closer to China, which is a superpower, is one of the ways to offset America’s [power].
AbdulAhad Uojegon: This is what they think, but this is a mistake.
Interviewer: Why is it a mistake?
AbdulAhad Uojegon: Because they do not know the truth about China.
Interviewer: What is the truth.
AbdulAhad Uojegon: China is actually a lot more dangerous than America.
Interviewer: How can it be a lot more dangerous than the U.S.?
AbdulAhad Uojegon: It is like a scorpion…

Interviewer: What is the danger of the Chinese enterprise?
Sheikh Mahmoud Al-Azhari: First of all, we have to refer to the Quran. What does the Quran say? “You shall find the strongest in enmity towards the believers to be the Jews and the polytheists.” The Chinese are polytheists. They are atheists, to begin with. Atheists are even worse than polytheists. Despite their enmity, America – and even the Jews – are at least the People of the Book.
