Zaher Jabareen, a Hamas Political Bureau member in charge of the West Bank, said in an April 13, 2024 show aired on Al-Jazeera Network (Qatar) that Palestinians in the West Bank should rise up in support of the war in Gaza. He said that the drops of Palestinian blood will converge into a stream and form a "roaring river" of resistance and Jihad which will remove the occupation from the land. Jabareen said that Palestinians are facing a "world war" and that Israel is a "rogue state" of "Nazi criminals" who were brought to the land by supposedly civilized countries. He added that the "Nazi extremists" in Israel openly say that they support burning women and children in order to get closer to God.
Zaher Jabareen: "All those countries that claim to be humane and civilized brought us those Nazi extremists who openly saying that the killing and burning of women and children, and the killing of civilians is their way to grow closer to God...
"They brought us these people from all corners of the Earth, and settled them by means of false resolutions of the League of Nations – the Balfour Declaration and other resolutions – in addition to unjust political and financial support...The Palestinians are facing a world war. The Palestinian people are defenseless, and have been under occupation for over 76 years. They are under siege and do not have real supporters. This rogue state, those Nazi criminals, have the support of all the oppressive forces in the world.

"For many long decades, the West Bank has not raised a white flag before these people, just like all the Palestinian people in Gaza, within the 1948 border, and in the diaspora. They did not, and will not, raise the white flag. My dear brother, I would like to send a clear message to the occupation: There is a historical record of all the countries that occupied other peoples. America occupied Vietnam, Iraq, and Afghanistan, and ended up leaving in utter defeat. The British occupied us and most of the Arab and Islamic countries. There was also France, Portugal, and all the countries that occupied other nations. The nations, regardless of their religion, customs, and language, have [always] defeated the occupiers. Those criminals should know that we, the Palestinian people, will never be less [victorious] that the other people of the world. For certain, we will defeat this occupation.
