Alabama Counties Hacked By 'Pro-Jihadist Group'

A report on February 8, 2016 indicates that the Mobile and Baldwin county websites in Alabama were hacked by an apparent "pro-jihadist group." Local officials blamed the hacked on use of outdated software. Among the websites directly affected were the website for the City of Citronelle and the Mobile Country Probate Court website.
