On December 17, 2024, a user on an Islamic State (ISIS)-operated encrypted server requested content about drones. Responding to the inquiry, another user shared a link to a source devoted to teaching supporters to create chemical weapons and manufacture explosives, which provided step by step instructions for constructing a First Person View (FPV) drone.
