On November 18, 2014, the anti-Bashar Al-Assad hacker Dr.SHA6H hacked and defaced the official website for the Turkish embassy's education consultancy in Kyrgyzstan on the backdrop of the ongoing Syrian conflict.
The defaced website featured the above image and following message: "This site has been hacked because of the world's silence about the three years of massacres that occur in Syria and still happening. The security breach is not to make damage, it is only to deliver a specific message to the world."
