Hizbullah-Affiliated Cyber Group Claims To Have Infiltrated Network Of Israeli Company Alleging It Is A Front For Israeli Intelligence, Says It Collected Sensitive Data Over Several Months

On November 26, 2024, Lebanese Hizbullah reported that a cyber-group recently announced a serious cyber breach targeting the network of an Israeli company, claiming it is a front for the 8200 Intelligence Unit. "The group was able to infiltrate the network for several months and collect 40 terabytes of sensitive data, including correspondence and financial and administrative documents."

The post added that the cyber group erased all data from the company's servers, saying that this is not their first operation, as the group has also targeted other Israeli institutions and a government official.
