A user of the encrypted Rocket.Chat server operated by the Islamic State (ISIS) published a post with a document listing "security precautions" for ISIS members. The user asked readers for feedback and notes on the "manual," which covers sixteen topics, including digital security practices, secure messaging and Telegram, vulnerabilities of different VPNs, encryption, secure browsing, phishing, encrypted email services, safety with PDF files, preparing for attempted arrest and home search, traveling to wage jihad.
