ISIS Supporter Shares Manuals For Producing Explosive Devices, Available Across Encrypted Platforms Telegram, Element, Jabber, Threema

On September 16, 2024, a user of the Islamic State (ISIS)-operated Rocket.Chat server advertised a "library" of manuals with instructions for making handmade explosives and explosive devices, initiation systems and detonators, remote initiation systems, and guides to information security. The library is available on multiple encrypted platforms, including Telegram, Element, Jabber, Threema and TechHeaven.
