Issue 63 of the Islamic State (ISIS) weekly Al-Naba' featured an article that presented various Operations Security (OPSEC) measures for the mujahideen to follow in countering drones and spy surveillance in urban environments. This the second article in Al-Naba' that deals with countering drone surveillance capabilities and operations, and notes that the recommendations it lays out can be applied to drones and spies on the ground, alike.
The article presents two main points for any mujahid to follow, especially those who are considered high-value target for the enemy: The first - to avoid routine as much as possible; and the second - to develop and follow well-established OPSEC measures and protocols.
