On June 13, 2015, a 21-year-old Syrian who is a student resident in Bulgaria, was arrested for alleged membership in the jihad hacker group "Middle East Cyber Army", which has hacked over 3,500 websites and posted messages praising the
Charlie Hebdo massacre in Paris.
