On September 27, 2022, a pro-Ha'yat Tahrir Al-Sham (HTS) Telegram channel posted three photos of what it described as "an operations room" for an HTS-affiliated brigade. The channel explained that the operations room is the "nerve center" for military campaigns, where all decisions "from the planning to the execution" are made. Photos showed an electronic tablet along with communication devices.
