On July 8, 2015, pro-ISIS hackers successfully hacked and defaced Georgia's Ministry of Euro-Atlantic Integration, which deals with activities related to NATO. The defaced page featured the above image and message: Hacked by Cyber Islamic State! Khilafah [Caliphate] will transform the world."
