On October 4, 2021 A pro-Islamic State (ISIS) Telegram channel posted a link to a Telegram bot, saying the bot can provide supporters with Instagram and Facebook accounts, as well as WhatsApp phone numbers. The post advised those who are interested to contact the bot and provide proof that they are ISIS supporters.
