On May 23, 2022, a pro-Islamic State (ISIS) Telegram channel criticized another ISIS supporter who allegedly tweeted a detailed guide to acquiring fake phone numbers and using them to open social media accounts. The Telegram channel said that posting such material only helps "unbeliever scum," and that true supporters already have such knowledge. Tweeting such information, said the channel, is foolish and irresponsible.
