On January 16, 2015, the anti-Bashar Al-Assad Syrian hacker Dr.SHA6H successfully hacked and defaced the official website for the city of Perrysburg, Ohio. The defaced page featured a message attacking world governments for failing to resolve the Syrian crisis.
