Telegram Channels Affiliated With Iran-Backed Militias Warn Operatives Not To Communicate Via Cell Phones To Avoid U.S. And Israeli Airstrikes

On February 15, 2024, Telegram channels linked to Iran-backed militias posted excerpts from the speech released  today by Lebanese Hizbullah Secretary-General Hassan Nasrallah. The channels warned all operatives of Iran-backed factions not to communicate via cell phones, to avoid being located and targeted in U.S. and Israeli strikes.
