Sydney Shiite Imam Youssef Nabha Eulogizes Qasem Soleimani: This Blood Will Yield Victory with the Liberation of Holy Places in Palestine and the Expulsion of U.S. from the Middle East

Australian Shi'ite Imam Youssef Nabha said in a Friday, January 3, 2020 sermon at Masjid Arrahman in Sydney, Australia that the deaths of IRGC Qods Force commander General Qasem Soleimani and PMU Deputy Chairman Abu Mahdi Al-Muhandis in a U.S. airstrike in Baghdad earlier that day increases the firmness, dignity, and power of the Muslims. He also said that this blood gives the Islamic nations might in defiance of America, Israel, and their co-conspirators in the Middle East. He added that this blood of the martyrs will soon bring victory and expel the U.S. and its allies from the Middle East. Imam Nabha is the Imam of Masjid Arrahman, and the sermon was uploaded with English subtitles to Masjid Arrahman's Facebook and YouTube pages. On January 7, Masjid Arrahman uploaded a post to Facebook that said that Imam Youssef Nabha received Iran's Ambassador to Australia, Fereidoun Haghbin, to Masjid Arrahman and extended condolences for the deaths of Soleimani and Al-Muhandis in person.

Sheikh Youssef Nabha: "We should know that in every era there is a Hussein and there is a Yazid, and in every era this story repeats itself, and we align ourselves with Hussein in his heroic stands of power, while facing all the Yazids of that age – whether they are of the size of America and Israel, or of a smaller size, like their Bedouin lackeys and followers in the Middle East. A major event took place yesterday – the American strike in Baghdad Airport, in which the commander General Qasem Soleimani was martyred, along with the martyr Hajj Abu Mahdi Al-Muhandis. This cruel and severe strike increases the believers' firmness, dignity, and strength. It is this blood that yields victory, and provides our peoples with dignity, power, and endurance, in the confrontation with the Americans and the Israelis. All our pure martyrs who fell on the path of liberating the holy places in Palestine, or on the path of liberating the land in Lebanon, Syria, Yemen, Iraq, and Palestine... This pure blood gives consolation, and, inshallah, it will very soon yield a great victory. The Muslim holy places in occupied Palestine will be liberated and the Americans will leave the Middle East, with all their lackeys, collaborators, and co-conspirators."
