On March 28, 2022, a video was uploaded to the Echoes of Struggle Telegram channel showing Chechen president Ramzan Kadyrov driving past what he said was a line of cars of refugees waiting to leave the Ukrainian city of Mariupol. Kadyrov said that this is the doing of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and “his gang” of "Banderites," "Nazis," and "satans." He asked how the Ukrainian people allowed this to happen, commented that they have always enjoyed brotherly relations with Russia, and said that the West and Europe don't love the Ukrainians and are just using them. He also urged the Ukrainian people to take their fate into their "own hands" and choose a "worthy" president. In addition, Kadyrov mentioned the alleged American biolabs in Ukraine and said that the West has a "100-year plan." He then said: "Don't [let] them destroy all of humanity through Ukraine." Finally, Kadyrov promised to help the Ukrainian people and destroy the "Banderites" and the "satans."
Ramzan Kadyrov: "Refugees. Waiting in line to leave Mariupol. This is what Mr. Zelensky and his gang of Banderites, Nazis, satans, have done... How did you, the Ukrainian people, allow this to happen? What are you waiting for? Take your fate into your own hands. Run the country, choose a worthy president. He is no longer the president... And he has no name...
"Look, look at these people, these poor people. It amazes me how you could let things go like this, situations like this to develop to such an extent... I don't even know how to say it... Because of some factions, you have sold out the patriotism of your fathers and your grandfathers. You have always lived in brotherly relations. Russia, Ukraine, Slavic people, the same religion...
"What wasn't enough for you? You think the West or Europe love you? No. You've been used. Those laboratories you had built, it's not a simple thing... They've got a 100-year plan, so don't [let] them destroy all of the humanity through Ukraine... So I assure you. We will destroy all the Banderites, all the satans. We will help the Ukrainian people."
