Between March 13 and 19, 2016, a series of English-language informational videos answering questions about how an Islamic Caliphate would function was uploaded to a YouTube channel of Nahda Productions II, which identifies itself as a "freelance video production unit based in Sydney, Australia." The presenters, whose identities are not known, said that the Caliphate would obtain powerful deterrents such as nuclear, biological, chemical, and radiological weapons and military satellites and that it would quickly annex land and expand in order to make foreign aggression more difficult. They emphasized that the primary aim of the Caliphate's foreign policy would be to use Allah's legislation to spread and implement Islam throughout the world and to demonstrate the superiority of Islam.
The presenters added that the Caliphate would stretch across the world and control the world's oceans and waterways, which would incline countries like Germany and China to be allied with the Caliphate, and that countries like Britain and Israel would be actively confronted. In addition, the presenters explained that Islamic punishments would be meted out in the Caliphate according to shari'a law "without hesitation," that women would be obligated to cover their entire body, that adulterers would face severe punishment, and that apostasy would be punished by death because it is an attempt to undermine Islamic ideology. The videos' descriptions provide a link to khilafah.com, where pro-Caliphate articles are regularly posted and which contains elaborate plans for how the Islamic Caliphate would be structured, and the videos are based on a book titled "The Top 100 Questions on Khilafah" by British Hizb-ut-Tahrir activist Adnan Khan, who also regularly posts on Khilafah.com.

Presenter 1: "In a situation of foreign aggression the Khilafah like any country in the world would be in a state of war and any action that repels the enemy would be pursued. To mitigate such a situation the Khilafah will establish a deterrent so powerful to render success of an aggression too doubtful to be worthwhile. The Khilafah would not tolerate attacks on its land or its people."

Presenter 2: "The Khilafah will need to create a deterrent to deter those who have designs on the Muslim lands. Whilst a nuclear weapons would create huge destruction, the fact that other nations have acquired them would make it essential for the Khilafah to acquire, as it could be held hostage by a foreign power.
